STEVE PALMER – MIDAS
Steve Palmer (the man with the golden touch) is a heavy weight IT Professional with over 20 years IT experience working with industry giants such as IBM, News International and Reed Elsevier.
Steve caught the IT bug at a young age when he saw a computer for the first time. That love for IT is stronger than ever and is particularly evident when he is working on new projects – Steve has been known to work through the night with nothing but a flask of strong black coffee for company, sleep a forgotten detail. Such is his passion for technology!
Steve is a graduate of the University of Manchester and is MCSE, MCTS and MCITP qualified.
GREG MARKWARDT – MR NICE GUY
Greg, aka Mr Nice Guy is the Technical Liaison Manager at Supreme Systems and acts as the vital link between our Clients and the Technical Team.
Greg who is a graduate of the University of York dazzles with his IT knowledge and disarms troubled clients with his calm reassuring way. With a wicked wit that can disarm even the most humourless of souls, Greg is also a great hub of information and knows everything about everything!
RASHID AKHTAR – THE GO TO MAN (AKA THE BRAIN; AKA THE-CHIEF-OF-STAFF)
Rashid Akhtar our Technical Team Manager is the consumate IT Professional. Calm, deliberate and exacting in his approach, his lightening quick intellect is quick to diagnose and fix all manner of IT issues. So much so we gave him three titles instead of one – as one title was simply not enough to describe this TSE’s immense talents!
Rashid is in charge of the Helpdesk Team and his responsibility is to ensure that Helpdesk runs as efficiently as possible. Rashid is also the person we go to when we need to answer any IT query – his easy grasp of all things IT makes him the ideal “Go To” guy. His quiet, reserved personality never masks his genuine enthusiasm and constant quest to know more. Rashid is always eager to learn, eager to please and can always be trusted to go the extra mile for our clients.
Rashid is a graduate of Birmingham City University and is a MCTS (Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist)
ANTON KENNY – THE IT WHIZZ
Microsoft eat your heart out – we have our very own Bill Gates!
A genius when it comes to all things IT – Anton never fails to impress with his ability to grasp the latest technology. His skill at solving the most complex of IT tasks and the dexterity he demonstrates when tackling such issues belies his true age and experience. This type of quality is normally seen in more seasoned IT professions. But don’t let his age fool you – this TSE knows his stuff!
Anton is predicted to graduate with 1st Class Honors in Computer Science from Newman University College
SIM HAYER – THE GENERAL
At the epicentre of the Client Services team sits Sim – the self-confessed task master. Sim keeps the Technical Team in check with a steely gaze (that has been known to reduce grown men to tears) to ensure they are constantly adhering to strict SLAs and meeting our clients expectations.
Sim manages the Client Services Department with military precision and her legendary battles with errant third party suppliers is a must see event. Sim does have a softer side however, although this is exclusively reserved for our clients!
Sim is a graduate of Wolverhampton University and has worked for the Crown Prosecution Service
SUZIE EVANS – THE GURU
If selling were an art form, Suzie would be its Picasso. Suzie brings the personal touch to the sales process. “People buy People” is her favourite mantra – believing that in order to get people to buy from you, they must trust you. Building relationships is vital to her success.
Suzie is the first point of contact all new clients have with Supreme. She will help you choose the right support package for your business and allay any concerns you may have.
Don’t be fooled by the illusion of professionalism that exudes from Suzie – she is the author of the Supreme Limericks and also invented the “Supreme Dance” which she regularly performs whenever she has been successful in establishing new partnerships!
ANGELA HART – FRUGAL TECHXPERT
Angela Hart aka Frugal is a Subject Matter Expert at Supreme Systems. Her role revolves around finding ways in which our clients can utilize technology to reduce their costs. She is the champion for demystifying IT for clients and prospects alike. Known for her ability to call a spade a spade – Angela will make even the most novice user feel like an IT Supremo!
Need new technology? Angela will first want to find out if the technology is necessary for your business by helping you understand how the technology works and to see if it will positively impact your business. She will then help you identify the best options available for you that will not break the bank!
When she is not researching new technologies for our clients and dreaming up novel ways of saving them money, Angela loves nothing more than seeing how much she can save off her weekly shopping bill by Supermarket surfing!
Angela holds a BSc in Business Accounting and has over 12 years’ experience working in the technology sector.
EMMANUEL ALLEN – THE GENIUS ALLEN

RASHMI PATEL – THE WIZ
Ms Patel aka “the Wiz” looks after all our software design work and what marvellous work she produces. From ADD INs to page crawlers to document management systems, no software is too big (or too complex) for the beautiful mind of Ms Rashmi to tackle.
MINA COOKEY – THE TEACHER
Mina Cookey is Supreme Systems’ Training Guru managing our range of IT Courses. A calming and approachable personality, Mina will ensure that each course is tailored to suit your needs in order to ensure you and your team are trained to the standards you require.
Mina holds a BA Honours in Business Studies, is a CIM full member (MCIM) and is a Train to Gain Consultant.
LAURA DAVIES – MS MONEY PENNY
Laura may not get involved in the technical aspects of the business nor does she play a part in sales and marketing. Nevertheless she plays a vital role in the business overseeing our finance section.
After a winning pitch from the sales team followed by an unsurpassed service from the technical department, Laura completes the cycle by generating invoices for the outstanding work we provide!
